Here are some stats:
Day 1:
Weight: 255 lbs
Bust: 55.25 inches
Abdomon: 55.75 inches
Hips: 53.50 inches
Bicep: 16.5 inches
Calf: 16 inches
Thigh: 30.5 inches
(note - we're only checking the measurements every 4 weeks at the most)
Day 8:
Weight: 249 lbs
Goals set:
1 - drink more water (glass of water before every pop - I'm a diet-pepsi junkie)
2 - healthier snacks at night
3 - lose 30 lbs in 3 months
4 - lose 50 lbs in 6 months
5 - lose 75 lbs in 9 months
6 - lose 76-100 lbs in 12 months
Final goal weight - between 170 - 155 lbs. (For the record - when I was a competative figure skater, in the best shape of my life at 16 years old, I weighed 145 lbs)
Rewards planned:
1 - when I reach 237 (the weight I was when I first met Lindy and started this program in Feb 08) -> hairstyle (cut, highlites and style), manicure and pedicure!
2 - when I reach 214 (the weight I was when I got pregnant) -> as above, plus a massage, facial... a full spa day!
3 - when I reach 199 (first time below 200 since I turned 20) -> new skates! I haven't been on skates in decade, and I'm dying to get out there with my kids...new skates are about $500 so this is a huge incentive!
4 - when I reach 175 -> Weekend getaway with the girlfriends!!!!!! Plus NEW wardrobe.
