If anyone is interested, I can post the full 7 days worth... Obviously, this is designed for me specifically - and I'm nursing. So for anyone else, you'd have to subtract 500-700 calories. Actually, I still have my 1600 calorie energy booster meal plan too, could post that.

I'm going to give it a shot. I can't help but wonder what the kids are going to eat, because no way will they stand for chicken this often!

    Cool - I'm surprised about the white bread though. What's the rationale behind including it? I've always heard that white bread is evil!

    Well - she would prefer for me to eat whole-grain bread, i'm sure - but she said that because i'm getting more than enough fibre from everything else, she'd be ok with me eating white bread. i usually buy whole wheat, but can't do the whole grain thing. it's a texture issue for me!

    some of this i customized - like, she had Fibre 1 down for the cereal, but i personally find it tastes too much like cardboard, so we compromised for now on raisin bran, which is high in fibre but also high in sugar.
